2. Account Responsibility:

   • Your account is strictly personal and must not be shared.
   • You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
   • You must immediately report any unauthorised access.

3. Strict Acceptable Use: You must use the platform solely for its intended educational purpose.

   You must not:

   • Input, upload, or generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
   • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scrape, or exploit the system
   • Interfere with platform performance, security, or availability
   • Use the system to produce false, misleading, or unethical professional outputs
   • Use the platform for real-world clinical, legal, or decision-making purposes

4. AI System Disclaimer:

   • The platform uses artificial intelligence in the form of large language models.
   • Outputs produced may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
   • Outputs are not verified and are provided for training and practice purposes only.
   • You must not rely on any output for real-world decisions, including clinical care or academic assessments.
   • You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and use any output.

5. No Duty of Care:

   • The platform does not provide professional advice, supervision, or clinical oversight.
   • Use of the platform does not create any practitioner–patient, educator–student duty of care, or professional relationship beyond general educational use.

6. Data Collection and Use:

   • Your interactions (including messages, timestamps, and usage behaviour) are logged and may be analysed.
   • Data collected and stored within the platform will not be disclosed, sold, or shared with third parties in identifiable or de-identified form, except where required for core system operation (e.g. hosting providers) or by Australian law.
   • Data may be accessed by educators, administrators, or system operators for teaching, evaluation, quality assurance, and system improvement.
   • Data may be de-identified and used for research, analytics, and product development.

7. Privacy and Security: While reasonable safeguards are used, no system is guaranteed to be secure. You agree not to upload sensitive personal, clinical, or identifiable patient information unless explicitly authorised.

8. Usage Controls and Restrictions:

   • Access may be limited by quotas, time restrictions, or administrative controls.
   • The platform may restrict, suspend, or throttle usage at its sole discretion without notice.

9. Suspension and Termination: Access may be suspended or terminated immediately, without notice, if:

   • You breach these terms
   • Misuse or abnormal activity is detected
   • Required by your institution or governing body

10. Intellectual Property:

    • All platform content, including simulations, prompts, and system outputs, remains the property of the platform or its licensors.
    • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the platform.
    • You must not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    • The platform operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
    • This includes (but is not limited to) reliance on large language and other mathematical model outputs, data loss, system downtime, or misuse.

12. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operator from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
